Holiday Cocoa
2 c. nonfat dry milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. non-dairy creamer
1 dah of salt
Miniature marshmallows, optional
Combine ingredients and mix well. store in an airtight container.
Makes 4 cups of mix. Fill a quart jar for gift-giving (mayonnaise
jar-size, but use canning rings & lids) and add the directions.
To make Hot Cocoa:
Add 3 to 4 T. mix to your mug and fill with boiling water. Stir to
blend. Add some marshmallows, if you like.
For a little variety:
* Use flavored creamers (Hazelnut, Irish Cream, French Vanilla, etc.)
* Add 1/2 pack of Raspberry or Cherry Kool-Aid to the dry mix; adjust the sugar, if needed.
* Add 1 tsp. of cinnamon to the dry mix.
* For Mocha, fill the mug with hot coffee instead of water.
