Honey-Baked Chicken

3 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped
3 to 4 T. butter, melted
4 T. Dijon mustard
2/3 c. Honey
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. curry powder

Place chicken pieces in an ungreased 9x13-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 350-degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally until chicken is tender and evenly browned.
