Sausage Cheese Balls
2 lbs. sausage, uncooked
1-1/2 c. Bisquick
4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preheat oven to 375-degrees. Mix all ingredients. Form into 1-inch
balls. Bake on ungreased baking sheet until golden.
Can be frozen (uncooked). Makes 6 dozen.
