Stuffing Balls

3 loaves bread
2 large cans chicken broth
2 T. butter
1 large onion
3 to 4 celery stalks
1 lb. sausage
Sage, to taste
Salt & Pepper to taste

Chop onion & celery; saute in butter until tender. Crumble and brown sausage. Tear bread into 2x2-inch pieces.

In large bowl, moisten bread with broth. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Form into baseball-size balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350-degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
