CARAMEL BITES
3 T. baking cocoa
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand milk
2 T. butter
Finely chopped pistachio nuts
In small heavy saucepan, bring cocoa, milk & butter to a boil,
stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low; cook and stir until thickened.
Transfer to a small bowl. Cover and refrigerat until chilled.
Roll into 1-inch balls; roll in chopped pistachios (or you can substitute
sprinkles or jimmies). Yield: About 2-1/2 dozen.
