BROWN SUGAR PECANS
l lb. pecan halves
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tps. salt
Arrange pecans in a foil-lined 9x13-inch baking pan; set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add sugar, vanilla & salt.
Stir for 1 minutes, then remove fromheat. Continue stirring until sugar
dissolves; pour over pecans, stirring to coat.
Bake at 325° for 25 to 35 minutes, stirring every 10 top 15 minutes. Remove
from oven; spread on wax paper to cool. Store in an airtight container.
